The Hotel delle Tele is very close to Santa Maria Novella making it perfect for visitors to Florence who are travelling by train. On arriving at Santa Maria Novella make your way south to the front of the station at Piazza della Stazione. The hotel lies on Via Panzani, which runs from Piazza dell’Unità Italiana. Florence has two airports at its service: Amerigo Vespucci which is 5km north-west of the city; and Galileo Galilei near Pisa - roughly an hour by car or train from Florence. Buses run frequently from Amerigo Vespucci to Santa Maria Novella. The trip lasts 15 minutes and requires a normal city bus ticket. Other more expensive bus services are also available. Regular trains leave from Galileo Galilei airport to Santa Maria Novella.
